Caution
Please be aware that this guide for visitors only applies to the default theme shipped with LAUTI or custom themes only modified for optics. Instance Administrators have the possibility to create themes with completely different user experience and workflows. In such cases please contact your instance administrator for guidance.
The landing page for a LAUTI instance is the event feed. It displays all events of the instance in a chronological order, grouped by days.
Search
For searching all events, you can type your search term into the search bar. Results will only include future events and no groups or events. Change to the groups or places page to search for those.
Calendar view
The calendar view is directly visible on PCs on the top right and accessible on mobile devices via the calendar button in the menu below the search bar. It gives you an overview of which days have events and which not. Days with events have a colored background. The calendar view will respect the current state of the search. E.g. if you searched for concert, the calendar view will only highlight days with events matching the search term concert.
The month can be changed by clicking on << or >>.
